FAQ
Straight answers before you order or list.
Delivery, payment, the supplier trial and where the marketplace operates.
Who delivers the water?
The supplier you select. Sabeel24 shows suppliers that cover your address and sends them the order. That supplier holds the stock, sets the price and makes the delivery.
Can one order include more than one supplier?
Each order is placed with a single supplier. Delivery, status and any question about that drop stay with the business that serves you. A second supplier means a second order.
How do suppliers pay Sabeel24?
Suppliers pay a monthly subscription. The signup trial includes 100 completed orders. After that, the supplier chooses Starter, Growth, or Ultimate. The water price stays with the supplier.
What counts toward the 100 orders?
A completed delivery for that supplier. Rejected, cancelled, duplicate and spam orders are left out. The allowance belongs to the individual supplier and is part of the launch offer.
How does a customer pay for the water?
At launch, the customer pays the supplier by the method that supplier offers.
Can I schedule a weekly delivery?
Order fresh water, reorder your favourites, or schedule deliveries at your convenience. Stay in control of when your water arrives with flexible delivery scheduling that fits your routine.
How does a supplier get listed?
The supplier sends company details, contacts and licence information. Sabeel24 reviews that before the business is shown to customers. The supplier then adds products, prices and delivery areas.
Who sets the price?
Each supplier sets the product price, the minimum order and the delivery charge. Customers compare those offers, then order from the supplier they prefer.
