Why it exists.
Ordering water in UAE still depends on knowing a supplier, saving a number, and hoping the price and the delivery window are the ones you want. Sabeel24 puts those offers in one place so a customer can compare them, and gives the supplier a proper order list instead of a scattered set of calls.
The name.
Sabeel comes from the Arabic sabeel, a drinking fountain provided for the public. The 24 stands for water people can arrange any day. The deliveries themselves follow the hours each supplier publishes.
How the work is split.
Suppliers remain responsible for stock, pricing, order fulfilment and delivery. Sabeel24 runs discovery, the order record, supplier review, and the subscription that funds the platform. The first service area is a focused part of UAE, with a small set of verified suppliers, before the marketplace spreads further across the UAE.
What success looks like.
Suppliers who stay after the trial, customers who order a second time, and deliveries that are accepted and completed. Those are the numbers the marketplace is built to earn.
